I basically got a call from a number saying that they are calling from sbi division number and as a valuable customer, I have been rewarded with shopping voucher of 5k Rupees and a cheque of 2k Rupees and for this they need to verify my credit card and as a result, I gave them my 16 digit credit card number and cvv number. Suddenly, my account was debited with Rupees 29000. I was being told this is the transaction charge. I asked them to refund it because as it was informed me as free of cost. They decided to pay it but asked me to transfer Rupees 8850 and to get my 29000 back in my account, I had to transfer them Rupees 8850.
