I fill up the membership form in the name of wife Shweta Singh and made myself co-applicant. After their misguiding as well as fraudulent approach and misrepresentation to facts decided to cancel the membership mandate and refund of 100% money paid. I made the payment through CREDIT CARD and as per Sterling (SHVOPR) Rule 12 if member proceed for cancellation then within 10 days they have to refund 100% money but till date instead of giving mental pain they are doing nothing. They threat that in any case refund is not possible. I have followed all the procedure and well in time sent the mail through registered ID saurabh.singh@adani.com. Since 24-08-16, almost 20 mail I have dropped with my registered ID but till date no response now I am mentally fade up and need your help in cancellation of membership and refund of Rs. 95388/- (Ninety Five Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Eight Rupees Only).

    Dear Sir, after writing complaint also Sterling Holidays peoples are not looking in resolution mood on 28.12.16, i received call from 044-30405060, person introduced as Mr. Raghav Menon, Executive customer cell. During discussion i share that i have lodged complaint with Jago Grahak Jago. i requested to look in the issue as per merit. He assured to call back but no response from their side. During discussion i said as a citizen i will approach to PM Grievance Cell for speedy resolution then Mr. Raghav said PM is not sitting for such a silly matter. Sir Sterling Holidays is behaving like dictator they feel if someone has trapped means trapped no way for customer to go out. They are considering themselves above government agencies. I look forward for yours proactive intervention. Please Help us out. Jai Hind
