Club Mahindra membership Refund against cancelation of memberahip

Hi All,

I took Club Mahindra membership on 26/12/2016, but due to some personal reason, i decided to cancel my membership just on the the next day. I call the concern agent Mr. Tejas as well as dropeed and email to club maindra to cancel my membership, but no one responded. After several reminder and follow up Mr. Tejas not resond as well as not take any action. I was even send register AD of my cancelation application to head office. Then I got call from customer care where I had a talk the issue.He said that your issue is forwarded to concern team, they will acknowledge in a day, But again no one responded.I again dropped a mail, but no response. Today Mr. Keyur (boss of Mr. Tejas said that you will not get refund for next six month as company per company policy better to you validate your appication.

Please help me for cancelation of my membership.
