Some of the travel agents even re-known ones like yatra have no professionalism and quality control over the services. I have been a victim of such a problem due the ineffciency of Yatra.com

I had booked an international flight whereby the flight was rescheduled and yatra had no responsibility to inform me and even after complaining they hardly care because they know that no authority in India can penalize them.

I request you to look into the matter seriously as i have been struggling to get justice since the last 14 days.
