AS PER PAYTM SCHEME,I PURCHASED TWO MOVIE COUPONS ON 11/01/2017 VIDE ORDER NO.2561948999 FOR RS. 600/- THROUGH PAYTM WALLET, I GOT TWO CODE NOS. WHICH WERE TO BE ENCASHED FOR PURCHASE OF MOVIE TICKET "OK JANNU" WITH CASH BACK INCENTIVES.ON BOOKING OF TICKETS AGAINST COUPONS THE PAYTM SYSTEM SLOWDOWN AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO BOOK THE TICKETS.SINCE THEN I M PURSUING PAYTM FOR MY PROBLEM VIDE COMPLAINT TICKET NOS. 10643142,18562672,19438294,19507907,1983780120017416. BUT ALL COMPLAINTS WERE REPLIED AS YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED . AFTER 15 DAYS ,THEY R INFORMING THAT THOSE COUPONS CAN BE REDEEMED FOR "OK JANNU "MOVIE ONLY,THE SAID FILM IS NOT ON SCREEN ON ANY THEATRE IN DELHI. IT MEANS MY HARD EARNED MONEY HAS BEEN FORFIETED BY PAYTM. THIS IS THE RESULT OF GOVT. INITIATIVE OF CASHLESS TRANSACTINS. WHAT IS THE RIGHT OF PAYTM TO FORFIET MY MONEY . IS THERE ANY AUTHORITY TO FIX THE PAYTM FOR THIS OPEN LOOTING, WHO WILL BE ENCOURAGED FOR CASHLESS, IS THE PAYTM A GAMBLING CENTRE.KINDLY LOOK into for redressal.
