Complaint against PAYTM for booked tickets is not matching in GSRTC chart

I booked the Jamnagar to Dwarka ticket using the Paytm.
Ticket is booked and PNR is also received from Paytm.
Ticket is not booked in GSRTC.
I checked the GSRTC chart and my booking seats are booked for other peoples.

I raised the concern to Paytm but not received any feedback.

Ticket amount is 560 INR.
I want to charge the Paytm Company for mental harassment also.
