Not refund the my amount against cancellation of flight Ticket

Dear sir,
This is in reference to cancellation of FLIGHT ticket PNR JCET9K (GO AIRLINES) against booking through MakeMy Trip (booking ID NF71176267263058.

Till date my amount is not credited in my account, even after we have shared three times bank account details as per request of MakeMy Trip.
When contacted to airlines GO AIR and airlines mentioned that we have already refunded your amount to booking agent MakeMy Trip on 30.10.2020. But my money is neither credited in original payment method nor credited in shared bank account details as requested by MakeMy Trip.
We have contacted several times to booking agent MakeMy Trip through chat/mail since more than one month but not action taken
It is requested to take necessary action for refund of my amount against booking agent MakeMy Trip
