I book my journey 2nd of November 2019.ahmedabad to Pavaghadh. Dep time 8/10am pick up point CTM exp highway. I rech my prfect before time. Bus so long time bus not arrive. I call to customer care. They Given me a bus counductor mobile no. I call them he say bus is not coming.you travel other bus & cancell your boking ticket. I registered my complain about ticket cancell. & apply my refund. On same day. For there given me a Complen register no. After 7&8 day i call customer care a taking parson say we confirm that after we given refund. At last i call customer care on 22nd of November 2019 there is no refund & no faith fully answer me. So please register My complen and do some
