Club Mahindra Not refunding my money, take a membership of club mahindra

I was about to take a membership of club mahindra and for giving the money i asked for time but gave the cheque to the man working in club mahindra,Deepak trivedi.He told me he would not credit the cheque until i confirm, I believed him but unlike what he said he deposited the cheque and gave an explanation that it was a mistake done by his employees,If at all i believe him now he is not willing to give my money back inspite of talking with his superior and him in every possible way, they are just hanging up upon me.I serviced this nation, i was in Indian Navy,This is not a right way to provide service and now after trying to talk to them for several times i want to register a complain against them,I want you to take severe action but at the same time i just want my money to be remited in my account as soon as possible.If the money is remited As soon as possible i dont want you to take any action against whom so ever.Please help,I am sick and tired of this.
