i was purches Hero Duet on 07/04/2016
Within this three month i m getting the problem of bike start,4 time i complaint in customer care every time they say problem get resolve and closed the complaint but problem still remain same now situation is on running state bike get stooped.i mail the customer care which is reginal wise also but they r not responding.bike which is provided to me is faulty problem of this also not being identifed by any service person only every time they r changing the body parts
