complaint against Ebay regarding of payment

sir/mam, ebay gives me special coupon 2500/- via E-mail.i use the code for RS 475/- (Remaining RS use for next purchasing (2025/-)),now i want to use that coupon but message is coupon use only one time. and ebay customer care says"can not give your RS 2025/-"
