I purchage digmac vivo x2 by snapdeal they displayed dis product under vivo .and now I got a problm in my phone it is not turning on then when I reached to vivo service center he told me its not a vivo product for dis u will have to go to digmac service center after dat I went to digimac service center which mantion on digmac official site .when I reached there on dis address I got a shared shop .plz solve my problm wht shud I do in such condition. Thanks

    Through TV advertisement I ordered sweat slim belt on 09/09/2016 which I received on 10/09/2016 worth rs.1590 plus 300 rs shopping charges.this protect is in defective state from 11/09/2016 I tried to continuously tried to call on customer care no. Given by company but they were not receving my call. After so many call 3 times they take my call and said that i will get call from complaint department every time they told same thing but i did not get any call from them till date. After that i tried to call them but they are not taking my call. Please help me.
