Smart TV 40" Poor Quality, I made several complaints with micromax tv customer services

My extended warrenty is still not expired and I made several complaints with micromax tv customer services, they are providing extremy poor quality components and the workmen ship of warrenty service is also very very poor. My smart TV 40" was opened four times and motherboard was replaced and as soon as the last motherboard was replaced we had a major issue that as soon as we switch on the TV it shows LED screen has broken lines running across the lower boarder. When I reported the same to micromax they said that this is a physical damage to the screen and stopped providing service of any sort I complaint multiple times with many ticket numbers requested to escalate but they kept assigning ticket to one service partner in noida by the name of UNITED, who also said they it was not due to their negilegance and poor service while replacing mother board. Now my TV is damaged and nothing has been done by micromax and wanted me to pay them Rs.24000/- for screen the TV cost is 27000 approx. and still under warrenty till Nov 2018. Nothing has been done and my TV has no physical damages,I communicated this to micromax area service manager Mr.Kapil who kept avoiding my calls and did not hing this is the worst experience of my life... and biggest mistake that I bought micromax I request you to please get this sorted out and I need my money back please help as we have our hardened money at stake of such unproffessional brands that sell cheap sub standard products to innocent public hope you will help please escalate to highest level to claim my compensation thanks.
