dear sir,

15days back my videocon d2h set top box not working properly,so i complaint about that.
the videcon d2h engineer came our home and chnage the set top box but he took our dvd plyer because our old set otp box is in built in that.i complaint about him on call centre and call centre pople also said that the dvd can not be exchnge the enginer have to take off the set top box which is inside dvd box not to exchange dvd plyer. now a clled local engineer he not agree to give return. so iwant submit complaint against videocon d2h
