I philomena Estibeiro, had purcharsed Samsung 48UHD 4K TV for 1,40,000 from CROMA. Now its 19 months but there suddenly there is a hair line on the display from the internal side.
We called the Samsung Customer Care they send a mechanic and he said it will charge 45000 to repair.
I am senior citizen and after hearing this i was into shock.
I purchased this TV thinking i will not have any issue for next 8 to 10 yrs at least but this thing has happened.
I stay alone in the house and nor i do cooking or nor there are any small kids too because of which the tv can get spoiled.
My question is Samsung products are so cheap quality that the display has an issue. I paid 1,40,000 from my saving.
On this Samsung has rejected my request, i feel helpless and cheated for this. In 45000 i can buy another TV. My previous CRT tv worked for 15 years.
