Damaged TV Delivered by Samsung and are refusing to Replace

Dear Sir

I purchased a Samsung 3D Curve Smart TV Model - UA48H8000 from Samsung Dealer Milan Enterprises located at SV Road Andheri West Mumbai - 53 on 25th Jan 2016, when i asked for the installation of the Television on 25th Feb 2016 when Samsung installation team visited to install my TV they opened the box and found that the panel of the TV was Damaged so they asked me to register a comlaint which i did but to my horror till date my television has been not replaced.

this is to request you to pls help me in getting my television replaced

Pls find attached a detailed copy of my detailed complaint to the samsung and milan enterpreses.
