Wrongly billed for 5 year old payment

I have been a regular customer of vodafone(No 9820349012) since year 2000 , in between twice my account was converted from personal to corporate.Recently i received a call from a vodafone employee Rizwan Khan stating that the company wants to credit Rs 1326 Rs to my account as that has been paid in excess by the earlier corporate who was paying my bills , he said that he will send me an SMS for approval on confirming they would credit my account with the amount and my future bills would be paid by that amount , after confirmining to that sms ,in the next billing cycle i was asked to pay the RS 1326 as that had been debited to my account , i went to the vodafone centre at Sion Mumbai for enquiring about the excess billing , i waas told that as i had confirmed the SMS i have to pay , i asked them that the confirmation was taken fraudulently by Rizwan khan. I called up Rizwan khan and confronted him that why did he lie about the whole thing . He said that i was told by my seniors to do that.I sent emails to vodafone explaining that the old account belonged to the corporate where i was employed and i am in no way liable to make payments for their dues , and i have transferred this number after taking clearance from Vodafone sion centre and i am legally a different identitity . I sent emails to vodafone coporate assist , nodal and apellate department but they just replied that i had confirmed the sms so i need to make the payment , I asked for the proof of non payment from my end they declined to reply also i called Anjali Singh and Santosh Rawat at the nodal office but they refuse to clarify and talk to me , i was harrassed by them by deactivating my number couple of times I request you to take up the matter with the company and ask them to return my money and also penalize them for their misbehaviour.
