Dear Sir
I am regular customer using multiple idea numbers.
There executive gave one addon number saying it sshall be useful to us CUG is free.I am hardly using this facility and this number. deapite the same i kept it for just safety purpose.
One call for duration of more than 100mins was charged to me for Ganesha speaks number.
Wrong billing-call dated 3 oct 2016 to number 055181 charges Rs.945 Time-19.26.59 We have not called this odd number.

There seems to some conspiracy/mis billing from IDEA CELLULAR BILLING TEAM.

Pls refran from buying any add on number for which you may be asked to shell out money for undue bills.

No one is repsonding to this complaint.
I intend to shift all our group number from idea to other services .
even call dropping is frequent with their service for which we are not given any benefit.
