Fraud by vodafone (Wrong plan recharged by Vodafone prepaid via Freecharge-9671307284)

It is complained against wrong plan recharged of my Vodafone No-9671307284 via Freecharge App. FC Transaction ID-180820763553278.
In view of above I had followed all the steps given in Freecharge App to recharge my number 9671307284 but resulted I got wrong plan (INR 97 Talk time) instead of given plan (Local calls free- STD calls free-Local and national @Rs.0.25/SMS-Roaming incoming and outgoing calls free- 1GB 3G/4G)in Freecharge app.
Regarding this failure, I mailed & talked to Vodafone customer care executives (Mr.Bablu Kumar) but he said, this plan was not offered to your Vodafone no. Now it is very clear to understand that I have purchased Rs.119 plan which was showing in your Freecharge app’s plan details, while I have input my mobile number then what’s the mean to ask about offer.
Again Vodafone executive (Mr. Preetam) call me regarding this issue. He clearly said, All offers by Freecharge app is not true & Vodafone is not responsible for such issues. For the confirmation of Vodafone executive statement you can arrange the call recording detail on dated 28 Aug. 2018 time 12:13PM via contact no. 03366230800.
On dated 30.08.2018 time 11:48AM, again Vodafone executive call me via no. 9813090240 & accepted that it is totally failure of Vodafone but according the policies we can not give you the benefits as was showing. For same benefits, we will offer you the same plan which was showing during recharge but for this again you have to pay 97 Rupees.
Now it is request you to please look into this concern deeply. It is open fraud with customer. Such types of giant brand accept his mistakes but never ready to improve.
