My number 9992228844 was a postpaid nmbr. In june i cleared my bill and put this nmbr in safe custody for 2 months. After 2 months they disabled this nmbr. When i said idea care center officer to reactivate this nmbr they said me to come after 3 months. I visit another care center they did not helped me. I used my idea app to complaint and they did not replied. Then i sent 3 maik to tge company and suprisingly i got one reply which said doesn't reply this mail. Then i called 198 helpline nmbr, they said me to call 9812012345. I called this nmbr and helper didn't helped me and said yo call me this nmbr again. Now I'm tired they are not activating my nmbr and not telling me reason behind permanent disabled. As per TRAI rules a nmbr is disabled if not used for 90 days but mine was for 2 months but i put it into safe custody and pais extra for that service so that my nmbr doesn't create bill and doesn't get disabled. They did not informed me when they disable thus nmbr. I provided them my alternate nmbr and e-mail. Now i want they will activate my nmbr. Please call me on 9779420692 for more inquiry. Thanks
