Negligible network for last 10 days

I am Reliance CDMA customer vide no-9671336330. I resides at VPO-Sersa,sonepat,Haryana. From last 10 days ,CDMA network is poor. For your ready reference I submit that I have changed my mobile and insert sim in different mobile handset to solve this issue,but all goes in vain. Now please solve this issue and provide network at my village,reliance tower is already installed but reliance don't run its generator and functioning
