Compalint against reliance post paid Termination of Service

I was using a reliance post paid number (8467822444) since Jan 2014. I stopped using the same number from last Nov 2015 and requested to discontinue the service to the same number over customer care as I moved out of India the last year. I was expecting that my number is closed and services are stopped. But I received a bill in the month of Feb 2016 and was surprised to know that my number is still active. I paid the bill and again requested to close my number over email but the customer care team took a long time to revert for my request and they only replied only after a number of follow ups from my side and I was assured that my number will be closed. I again received a new bill for March, this time I didn't pay the bill and requested to close number number but nothing worked for me as I again received a new bill today. Please look into this matter on immediate basis and get is resolved for me.
