Unfair Business Practice Airtel Recharge Amount

I recharged my Airtel number 9213180786 with 100MB mobile data voucher two times with unrestricted validity (Total 220MB). After some time I found that Airtel is deducting some amount of mobile data from my account regularly without any data usage from my side. I approached customer care, nodal officer and appellate authority of airtel to address my problem. But they are blaming that mobile data deduction is due to data usage from my end. To verify their claim, I switched off my number for nearly 34 hours, and found that during the switch off period, there was still mobile data deduction. Dear Sir, till date and time, they are deducting mobile data from my data account without data usage from my side. Please stop airtel for this unfair business practices. Please help me.
