prepaid balance cut by aircel for no reason

Telecom Services Complaint Date: April 25, 2016
My number is 7503890695 (aircel,delhi circle). My prepaid balance is being reduced for no
reason. This is happening for second time. Earlier,they said that I am using some internet service which I never activated in first place. Now customer care executive and appellate officer is not picking up phone to Kindly solve my problem as
soon as possible.
