I have taken a ride on 14th april 2021 CRN5330778818, First of all driver denied payment from the app and asked me to py either by cash or UPI, I agreed to pay by UPI but I had to pay the driver twice with two different accounts as he was saying that he did not receive any money in his UPI account(q76224999@ybl) but the same amount(Rs. 161) was deducted from both my account.

I have attached the screenshot of the transactions that I did for the payment.

I have already email ola support with this query but did not receive any response from them.
