Payment made, bill still shows outstanding

We have booked a cab on sept-25-2021, CRN: 5618627137 and paid the driver in cash the complete bill amount because the gpay was not working due to signal issues. My bill is still outstanding, my support ticket number is 278288815.

I want my account to be updated accordinly so that i can continue booking other rides. All the helpline number of OLA are invalid.
