My name is Jagmeet Singh and my registered mobile with Ola is +91 8286391313. I stay in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. On 11th April 2021 my train was there from Mumbai Central Railway Station at 9:25 pm, as I was going to Amritsar with my Mother.
So at 7:20 pm I booked Ola and the driver assigned to me was Sachin Ingale, he call me and confirm where I have to go and how much is the charge showing in Ola app, I told him I have to go to Mumbai Central Railway Station and charges showing in Ola app is ₹716, so the driver told me that give ₹1000 than only he will go. I ignore his request, as the original charges is ₹716, so the driver cancel the booking from his side.
Than at 7:31 pm another driver assigned to me and his name was Balwinder, the driver call me and confirm the location where I have to go and charges, than I told him that I have to go to Mumbai Central Railway Station and charges is ₹716. The driver told me to give ₹1000, than only he will go, I ignore his request for paying extra money. Than the driver cancel the booking from his side.
Than on 7:45 pm again I done the booking and the driver assigned to me was Vaibhav Bapu More. The driver call me and ask me the location and charges, I again told him that I want to go to Mumbai Central and the charges showing in Ola app was around ₹719. The driver directly told that he will not go and cancel the booking from his side.
Than on 7:52 pm again I was trying to book the Ola, but this time after loading for 5 minutes it say No Ola Cab available in my location.
So after that I have to run with my Mother on the road to look for taxi as I was getting late. As the Ola driver mobile number was there in my mobile as he earlier called from his mobile, so I call that driver and told him that I will give ₹1000. So the driver sent one of his Ola friend to my location. Than I reached Mumbai Central Railway Station at 9:15 pm.
It was completely a worst service from Ola Cab as 3 driver cancel the booking from their side. Because of the driver me and my 57 year old mother has to rush so much, I could have miss my train because of the driver.
I request to take strict action against Ola Cab, so that they keep good driver
