Didn't protect children from paying unfair penalty amount.

Driver riding Ertiga no.2570, on 11/3/21, Thursday from Fort to Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
4 children of 15 years, were passangers. They had worn mask, but kept below mouth, as they were talking.
3 person wearing I card and batch came, and took away Rs.500/- per person as penalty, but actually penalty is 200/-. They didn't give receipt also.
The driver must be knowing actual penalty amount, but he didn't protect children from paying unfair amount. Maybe he knew those persons also.
