I have booked ola on 7th march 2021 night from Dahisar to Bhandup which was showing estimated fixed price of rs 364 however after booking one more booking has ben done which I have not done and need to be cancelled causing 50 rs penalty. After given otp taxi driver has not on AC sharing it's not working and despite obvious route of jvlr he kept on goint towards chembur unnecessary long route I have told him to change the route but driver does not listen causing fair of rs 610 after all this I have received msg from ola for payment of rs 364 and another with 610 I have reached for support but no response I have to pay 610 rs.
