Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cab

The issue that I have experienced was: We took an outstation trip. A one way from Karjat to Juhu, Mumbai.
As you can see, the fare displayed was Rs. 1376.

However, I was billed for Rs. 1673.

On raising the complaint, and specifying that this was a direct one way trip and absolutely nothing changed along the trip, their explanation is that it was a longer trip than they estimated!

There was no traffic along the way, and it was a usual trip. Even besides that, if we one fare has been displayed, how can you charge something else?

They offered a Rs. 125 coupon on my next trip. But why? You have charged me Rs. 297 extra for no mistake of mine, and thats exactly what should be refunded.

It occurred on: 16/01/2021

They need to refund the additional Rs. 297
