OLA Wrongly charged Extra Distance and No Customer Support

Had booked OLA outstation for my father-in-law from Pune to Navi Mumbai CRN5680278617 through my ola app(Sunil Dalvi mobile 7718826656) on17th,Oct21.The Ride estimate was Rs2200. However, I was charged 3439, and additionally, the drive took an extra 350rs for tolls. As 2673 was debited from ola wallet, the driver asked my father-in-law to pay 865+350=1215Rs which was collected from me in cash. On checking later I found that I was charged for extra km as the ride km recorded by ola app is 254, which was incorrect. Twice this was verified by various ola agents with the driver who has confirmed in records available with ola that the actual distance travelled was around 180km only. It's impossible to travel to 254 in 227min (67km/hr average speed in India). After that, I have raised several tickets as each time the tickets have been forced closed by ola without resolution. I had done at least 5-6 calls to ola without any confirmed resolution date.
