Invoice not provided after 27 days of service.

Reached out to customer care with the problem 7 times via email. They responded with the same automated message.

I have followed all steps they asked again and again - but to no avail.

As a result-
1. I have not been provided invoice -by app and by the company
2. I could not claim the ride amount 2038/- from my office and had to bear the cost myself.

No invoice = Refund. I want a refund.
