Snapdeal Online Shopping - After product return no refund

Hi Team,

I had order Bluetooth headset on 16th Oct 2016 (i.e. Sony SBH50) from snapdeal. At the time of delivery date 22nd Oct 2016 i received wrong product i.e. SHB 80 so i called snapdeal informing them that i received wrong product so they initiated reverse pickup for the product on 16th nov; courier boy collected headset from me and gave me the pickup receipt.
On 18th Nov snapdeal received their product then asked me to share bank details for refund post detail sharing i waited for almost week but no response then i contacted snapdeal customer care but they daily used to give me commitments like “money will credited in next 24 hours” but till date i did not receive my money back.
i called almost 20+ times and now they are denying to refund.

I have attached all snaps / mails for your reference.

Please let me know any more details required from my side.
