complaint against paytm refund, 558 rs has been deducted from my paytm wallet

    Hello,

    I had a internet connection from Tata Indicom. There were multiple instances when I had complained in their customer care that internet is not working. Finally I have surrendered the connection. I wanted compensation for all the days when internet was not working. Finally I have paid all the bill except Rs.441 , which I have deducted as a compensation for disconnections.

    Could you please help.
