On 27/10/2016 i bought a National tour package from Times tour and as a Deewali offer they offer me DELL LAPTOP i5 3542 (CHERRY RED) Laptop and it was supposed to deliver me on 4-5 days but till now now information and also nobody picksup the phone hardly i was able to connect with the Customer care 1 or 2 time only and that time they told me we are sending ur package. Kindly do the needful. Thanks in Advance.

    I receive a mail from info@timestourguide.com in which stated Your name has been selected for a beautiful package and this is a promotional offer where you get assured gift I received call from +917303056800 who done everything and said you will receive your product and your assured gift which is you selected i.e., Samsung LED TV and Dell Laptop on behalf of purchase of two Package worth of Rs.5999 and will delivered to your address. And if you not interested you can mail at refund@timestourguide.com will refund back to you. But Yesterday I am trying to call to same number but no one is picking the phone and responding to email also, i mailed also on same but mail delivery failure notification received, unable to reach. Its look like Fraud . Can you please help me on this
