the product was send on 4th november its gold colour is dedective i told them to exchange they told that send damaged product images i send it then they did not reply me they told me to send again and then also they didnt reply i call to coustomer care but they told send images once again but then also they are tellingg that send once again and now is 16 november and they did not replace the product
