while asking for order confirmation from customer care amount debited from my account

i was placing the order for kurti from voonik, payment process was completed through debit card and amount of the same had also been deducted from my account rs 528/- and immediately message came for order was not placed hence i call customer care for order confirmation, while talking to the executive, asked for the card details and asked for the otp came on mobile, i was not ready but he insist its only the formality for the confirmation, and i gave the number and immediately Rs 3000/- was deducted from my account and immediately two OTP came for rs 4999/- and Rs 1000/-. I had blocked my card but please get me back my 3000/-
