Cheated by Amazon Bought four products on 5th Oct from 15% Cashback Sale

*Bought four products on 5th Oct from 15% Cashback Sale on HDFC Cr/Debit Card & received on 22 Oct inspite of 10th Oct which they promised (Transaction AmountRs.6000+)
*I wanted to replace one product which is Woman Jacket due to size issue but their Cust Care Executive told me that I will not be eligible for cashback if I replace any product then I cancelled my plan
*But on 25th Oct I recieved call from their customer care executive saying that even if you replace the product then also u will be elegible for cashback but you have to raise request from urside so i tried to raise request then i found that "XL" size which I was looking for was not available then Amazon agent told me to select "M" size & mention in comment that you require XL size" & they will give me XL only
**Now they have dispatched M size & they are saying its our Agent's mistake we are sorry about that but we cant do anything
*I have called Amazon customer care near about 20 times but they are just saying sorry about it
