I ordered sennheiser earphones on 16th November 2016 but the quality of the earphones is really poor.
While I was unplugging it from my phone the jack broke because
it was a damaged product that was sold to me.
I could not recognize it because may be the jack was fixed well using glue or something orelse jack cannot break like this.

Please replace it or I request you to give me the refund.
