Complain against Amul Milk outlets for MRP of milk packet

Amul Milk MRP of one litter pack is 39 Rs and half litter pack is 20Rs. But vender is taking 40Rs and 21Rs respectively. When he was shown news cutting from paper, he says it is for cold drinks.When contacted on telephone number given on AMUL add no one answers.will this forum take a note and take action on Amul Milk company.
