Regarding not giving refund by ebay

I purchased JBL T150a Earphone from ebay on 4th dec 2016.
When i open a product,the product is faulty.(when i connect earphone to mobile touch is not working properly and select app automatically).
I contact ebay and seller they said product under manufacutre warranty visit service centre.
i visited service centre with inovice and seller authorized certificate.
JBL service centre check the seller for authorization purpose and they said that ebay and seller is not authorized with product is not covered under manufacture warranty.

And ebay also not giving any response for faulty product.

I Fighting this issue from 25 days.they are not giving me refund.

please help me out for this.

I purchase earphone at Rs.899/-
JBL T150a on 4th DEC 2016.

I attached a proof of JBL service centre and same will be forwarded to Ebay and seller.

plz plz help me.
