I had ordered a shoe rack from an online furniture store on 28.10.2016 at 4:34 PM. At the time of ordering the product on display was to be delivered within 7 days.
After a lot of followup I was given a confirmation on email that the product will be delivered by 7th December but I did not get the delivery.
My request for cancellation and refund was met with another delivery promise but still the delivery has not been done.
CEO of INKGRID.COM Mr Abhinav Srivastava is also giving false promises. They have harrassed me a lot I request you to take immidiate action on this.
