I ordered a clothing tshirt on miracas website through online (Order No: 41169) but due to size issue I returned the product through courier (AWB: MH0000007948584 , Courier Carrier: Vichare Courier). Hence I received confirmation from miracas stating "they had received the product back and refund the voucher will be issued shortly". But till date I didn't received the refund. I still followed up but received no response. Please refer the attached screenshots for the same. Please look into the matter and kindly resolve at the earliest.
