(Reference of order no: 145000019. Goods purchased through Avenuelondon.com on 10/06/2016)
On 10th June 2016, I bought Dita Bluebird Black & Gold and Dita Talon Tan & Gold colours two goggles from you for 16326.54 in rupees however when goggles was received I discovered that it was not same which I ordered from the www.avenuelondon.com website in the following way:
I ordered Black & gold colours but received only black colours.
I have lodged complaint on their costumer care number which is 8054007853.
They assured me that my goods will be replaced soon and after 2 days back delivery man took goods from my house for the replacement. (the goods return challan no – 911999 on dated 16/6/2016 )
Three month going to be attracted for this thing but I am still waiting for my goggles replacement, So it is my politely request that if nobody being able to replace my goods from the original one kindly they refund my money or give it back my last goods (goggles)
