Dear sir,

I purchased a Mobile (Redmi Note2 4g, Order Id 16837970) from infibeam.com on 22 sep, 2015. but mobile is not working since last month, july 2016. They have given a warranty card of one year with Mobile Box. but they are telling now that Mobile contain only 6 month warranty. So they refuse to rapier it. Please help me.
