Faulty LeTV Bluetooth Speaker Not getting Returned/Replaced

I had purchased a LeTV Bluetooth Speakers From lemall.com/in.

I have repeatedly tried contacting lemall customer support but they have not been able to raise a return request.The product received does not match with the description provided on the site lemall.com. The length(on website) is 6.57 inch but the product which i have received is of 4.6 inch only. I have Attached the necessary screenshot.Plus my speaker is producing distorted sound and the speakers on one arent working at all.Tomorrow my return policy ends.Please take the necessary steps to resolve my problem.
