defected mobile phone delivered from eBay

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a mobile phone through e-commerce website eBay on 20.08.2016 and it was delivered on 01.09.2016.

At the time of purchase i have selected the Brand new model of Meizu M3 note with price stated Rs. 10998.

The delivered item is not getting switch ON. so that i have contacted to eBay customer service and i have ordered a refurbished item not the new. they told me to go Meizu service centre in Lucknow for a clarification in written that this mobile phone is not functioning.

I went to Meizu service centre and they told me that it is not possible to give you in written that. and Executive there told me that there is no dealing between ebay and Meizu service centre so he denied to give me written. and he asked me to leave the mobile phone and he will see whether it is possible to repair or not. which i denied.

Again i contacted to eBay for return of mobile phone and back my money.

They told me to file a complain, i do this and they provided me Guarantee claim Id 2280876 and PaisaPay Id 43392966440.

After 4 days when i contacted them for my money return. the customer executive denied in return of my money and asked me to go again service centre for repair this mobile.

Sir i don't want to get it repair because i have ordered a brand new phone.

Please help me sir.
