My Ro system is not being serviced, received a call from eureka forbes

My Ro system is not being serviced.
I received a call from eureka forbes and they asked me to change filter . Because my husband was not home so i said please come for servicing and for changing filters i will let you know after confirmation from husband.
Then the girl who was on call said ,it is not possible to visit just for servicing ...servicing will be done only if you change filters.
