Payment debited from Account, but not credited in Freecharge wallet.

Dear Sir,
I tried to add Rs. 300.00 in my Freecharge wallet on 04.01.2017 from my SBI Account through Debit Card, which freecharge Transanction reference is [POS FREECHARGE73422 at WWW ACCOUNT FREECHARGE txn# 339589]
At that time amount deducted from my SBI Account but not added in my Freecharge Wallet.
For which I lodged my complaints twice on their email id [care@freecharge.in), but no proper reply I got. They said that Amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days in my SBI Account.
More than 12 days has been passed but my money not refunded to my bank account nor this transaction is reflected in my freecharge account.
You are requested to please look into the matter and provide relief as early as possible.
