I ORDERED AN SPACEWOOD WARDROBE FROM SNAPDEAL,BUT THEY DELIVERED DAMAGED PRODUCT.NOW WHEN I COMPLAINED THEM ABOUT THIS THEY SAID THAT PLEASE RETURN PRODUCT ON YOUR OWN AND WHEN IT WILL REACH TO US WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY.I ASKED THEM TO TAKE IT BACK ON THEIR OWN AS THEY HAVE DELIVERED DAMAGED PRODUCT.BUT THEY ARE SAYING IT DOESN'T COMES UNDER OUR SERVICEABLE AREA SO WE CANNOT ARRANGE ANY COURIER TO PICK IT UP.. .I WANT TO COMPLAINT IF DURING DELIVERY IT COMES UNDER SERVICABLE AREA THEN WHY CANNOT FOR RETURNING IT BACK. IT SHOULD BE TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY OF SNAPDEAL & BLUEDART WHO DELIVERED THIS DAMAGED PRODUCT.I HAVE ALREADY SEND THE IMAGES OF PRODUCT TO SNAPDEAL.BLUEDART WAS AWARE THAT THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED AND THEY HAVE MAILED US ABOUT THIS.BUT WHEN I ASKED THE COURIER BOY HE NOT ACCEPTED THAT THIS PRODUCT IS DAMAGED.THEY DON'T EVEN CALL US BEFORE GOING TO START DELIVERING THE PRODUCT SO THAT IT CAN BE CHECKED WHETHER THE CUSTOMER WILL BE AVAILABLE OR NOT AT HOME.AND I COMPLAINT EVERYTHING TO SNAPDEAL WITHING 24HR OF DELIVERY.KINDLY MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO REFUND BACK MY MONEY.
